The digital TV giant is all set to launch its new service the living player. The living player will offer the viewers with the complete telecast of the shows from the past week. Now if you have missed your favourite shows like Grey’s Anatomy or the Ghost Whisperer you can catch them on the living player on Virgin Media digital TV.

This move by Virgin Media will surely give a boost to its new and existing subscribers, as it will add variety to the packages offered by Virgin. This will help the subscribers to know what they want to watch and when. The living player is an on-demand service which allows you to view your favourite shows at the time you want to watch them.

Virgin is also in the hunt to launch its Living HD player, which will offer the XL package subscribers with free HD programming. This player will exclusively telecast the HD TV channels which are designed with high definition picture and sound quality.

Virgin Media offers its packages in three different categories like the M, L and XL packages. The M is the basic package offered by Virgin Media which offers you with free viewing channels and various other digital TV channels. Where as, the L package offers additional digital TV channels including the channels from the M package. The highest of the lot is the XL package which offers high definition channels.

With the advancement of Virgin Media at every stage, it has been able to capture a large market share in the UK market. The living player is once such advancement which will be able to attract customers to subscribe for Virgin Media. Virgin Media is all set to fulfil the requirements of the customers who are using the Virgin Media digital TV setup box on their PC’s with the living player on their PC’s itself by later this year. This move will also help them to attract customers to subscribe for Virgin Media.
